​One of Bli Bli's most anticipated builds with three levels of the five-storey building to include a drive-through bottle shop on the ground level, a gaming lounge with poker machines, TAB, keno and bar facilities on the middle level. Then a sports bar with bistro, function room, children’s room, and all-weather deck bar with retractable roof on the top level.​ All 5 levels of concrete slabs are complete on the project,  the Structural Steel is arriving on site now and is ready to be installed followed by roofing. The Lower level amenities and lobby fitout have already commenced.

With only 16 students enrolled back when the school first opened, booming to the growing numbers of over 300 students, Glenview SS is expanding their grounds with new classrooms, administration buildings and facilities. With their original buildings from 1909 still in use, the new buildings compliment the older heritage with a modern atmosphere, especially with the newly completed Multipurpose Court just constructed.

With the demolition and earthworks complete, Evans Built is able to start commencing in ground services and structure to accommodate the growing number of students now in attendance.

​ Located on the edge of the stunning open waters of Pumicestone Passage, an elegant coastal setting that comes complete with countless recreation spaces, private swimming pools, offering open plan living and

indoor-outdoor spaces.

With luxurious space to both relax and entertain, all ​to be developed over four stages. Levels 4 of 7 slabs are now complete, including basement and roof. Framing and rough-in of a total of 12 units complete with sheeting of walls to commence within the week, along with the Construction hoist currently being installed.​

The new Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct, which is in full swing, is an integrated and collaborative project for learning, research, knowledge creation and investment.The team at Evans Built have the intricate task of designing and constructing this incredible space which is to incorporate basement and ground level car parking, ground floor retail/allied health, two levels of childcare/research education and five levels of commercial office space.This spectacular building will also be designed to achieve a 5-star NABERS Energy rating.

Since 1932 Deception Bay State School has worked closely with their local community to build a caring, supportive and high-performing school community where each community member feels a strong sense of belonging. The New Multi-Purpose Hall, including all amenities and new staff facilities, is just another great way the school is supporting each child's learning endeavours.​

With the addition of Year 7 students to the Pomona Campus, the New Multi Purpose Hall including all amenities, staff facilities, Kinesiology lab/gym, services upgrades and new car parks will be a highly valued addition to this unique campus structure as students transition from primary school to secondary school.
