New two storey GLA building with a GFA of 1500m2. As this GLA is being constructed within a special needs school, disabled access is fitted out with internal ramps up to the second floor. The job also consists of carpark modifications to remove the asphalt surfacing and resurface with concrete, include a bus set down area, 9 mini bus parking spaces and electronic security gates. Demolition and relocation of demountable buildings including asbestos removal. The project is being completed within a fully operational school.
